Poem Twenty-one

The ability to see around corners, to look
Upon the shadows long before they ever reach you
Is a skill of the masters, the titans of life, love, and war.
To picture the building in its entirety and to understand
The circular nature of life and all its facets is what separates
The average from the great for, it is great men that create a
Pleasant life for the average and mediocre. The ability to capture
Ideas and trans-mutate them into something tangible and practical
For the world and not just thyself is the ability of man despite
All his flaws.
